Hamilton Teixeira has a professional background in key executive positions as CEO, and executive VP in multinational companies.
Accomplished marketing-oriented general manager with a holistic approach to the business, Hamilton has experience in Brazil and other Latin American countries at the helm of leading packaged goods companies such as Kellogg, Bausch & Lomb, Timex, Tropicana Juices, and Rayovac, building management teams, turning-around operations, and starting up new businesses.
During his executive career he contributed to improve the performance of these companies in the region, and coordinated the implementation of new Kellogg, Timex and Rayovac plants in Brazil. Hamilton is a graduate of Business Administration, a certified Executive & Personal Coach, and a board member of IRC Global Executive Search Partners' worldwide.

A professor of HR for the post-graduation courses at Brazil’s prestigious business schools, FGV/GV law/SP, UNISINOS/RS, and CEU/SP, Carlos is a graduate of Business Administration and Economics with specializations in Strategic Management and Total Quality Management from FGV/SP, Corporate Communication from ESPM, a certified Executive & Personal Coach, and director at CEAE (Center of Administration Studies for Attorney's Offices).

Fabiana Comparato - Consultant

Fabiana has fifteen years of experience as a teacher and project coordinator, involved in analysis for performance improvement and upgrading teams, identifying and applying suitable training in programs for including physically impaired employees as staff.
She has been a consultant for over six years in the Recruitment and Selection area in companies such as Nextel Telecom and for the G&P Investment Group, where she had active participation in startups, undertaking selections in several Brazilian states as well as in Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela.
