Understanding the Client-Company’s Needs
Initially, we work with our client to define the nature of the position to be filled. Our previous executive experience enables us to develop an outline of how our client runs the business. By following a detailed work scheme, our consultants get to know the different management styles which exist in the client's organization. They define what needs to be done with regard to the specific position and how to do this, so that the incumbent will be effectively successful.
When these needs are defined, we then define the essential characteristics which the professional should have to meet the company's expectations. We begin to understand the scope and nature of internal and external forces which impact the organization as well as questions related to the business' strategy. These strategic questions, for the most part, determine the style of the individual our client seeks.
Using the previously described process, DRH - Talent Search develops and prepares the Position Specification, defining the conditions and boundaries of the search. Each specification, in turn, becomes the operating standard against which all candidates will be evaluated. This procedure guarantees complete understanding of, and identification with, the stated requirements.
Our consultants clearly define the search objectives so that the client knows that only the most suitable candidates will be presented.
Search Based on Research
Using our system of direct sourcing and interviews, we are able to identify which skills the candidate uses and whether these are fundamental to meet and fulfill the requirements of the proposed position.
When the list of selected candidates is presented, our consultants offer their evaluation against the operating standard and profile, previously developed together with the client. The best professionals can only be identified in this way.
