THE SEARCH’S SEQUENCE

The Position Specification is merely one of the aspects in the process: the selected candidate should have the experience and aptitudes necessary to meet the main demands defined in the Position Specification, in accordance with the company's culture.

We begin the search by identifying the universe in which the specific talent sought is located. We contact qualified people in the identified environments. Within the universe of potential candidates, our consultants are not restrained by the assumption that previously recorded performance is a safe indicator of future achievements. When analyzing a professional's successes, it is necessary to understand the circumstances and environment in which these occurred.
