THE SEVEN STEPS IN OUR WORK
Our work ensures understanding every project, speed and efficiency in carrying out the tasks and a guarantee of expected quality. This mission can be summarized in seven steps:
1 - Understanding the Culture and Style
Clear understanding of the form in which the client-company operates, developed based on interviews with the executives responsible for the position to be filled, so that we understand in detail, the work environment, culture, problems and short-, medium- and long-term objectives.
2 - Definition of Profile and Competencies
Make a survey of the client-company’s real needs, including eventual consulting work focused on organizational development.
Full understanding of the nature and requirements of the position to be filled, the desired profile and the candidate's required competencies, as well as newly hired employees’ responsibilities and expected performance.
3 - Proposal
Prepare a proposal containing a summary of relevant information with definition of the objectives, responsibilities, qualifications, professional experience and expected personal characteristics, comprising the ideal candidate’s profile, plus the commercial terms.
After proposal´s revision and agreement, it is drafted the Preliminary Position Specification with details of the objectives, responsibilities, qualifications, professional experience and expected personal characteristics, comprising the ideal candidate’s profile.
The Preliminary Position Specification has to be revised and approved by the client-company to be formalized the Final Position Specification that is used as a standard for developing research and for selecting potential candidates.
4 - Research, Identification and Evaluation
Research to identify the most suitable potential candidates that we indicate, and that meet the defined conditions in the Position Specification, thereby allowing us to broaden the search and identification in the market to include professionals as yet unknown to the client-company.
In-depth evaluation interviews allow to define the best short-listed candidates, who have qualifications and profiles which are suitable for the position and aligned with the company's culture.
5 - Reports and Presentation of the Candidates
Only the best short-listed candidates are presented to the client, in carefully laid out reports which include all the information needed to prepare for and program interviews.
The short-listed candidates are only informed of the identity of the client-company after they have been pre-approved, when individual interviews are then scheduled with the client-company. We take this care to shield the client-company until the short-listed candidates have been defined and pre-approved.
6 - References, Offer and Negotiation
A survey of all the information to obtain professional and personal references on the chosen candidate, as well as providing advisory services to the client and the candidate to assist in reaching agreement on employment terms.
7 - Coaching and Follow-up
- How can I develop a good relationship with my manager?
- What information do I need?
- How can I get access to vital information, in order to perform a better work?
These are merely some of the common questions which a new employee faces. We work together with the approved candidate and client well after the search has been completed to help ensure long-term success. This procedure is known as Onboard Coaching.
The first three months are critical. To achieve the desired results, we coach the newly hired employee, seeking to overcome management challenges and focus on long-term success.
People's competence and performance are based on the company's values and strengths, which define integrated practices and processes, and generate an organizational climate which can result in competitive differentiation. Attracting the right employees for the right position is the first challenge. The second is to retain and motivate them, aligning their own career objectives with those of the company.
